SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (December 14, 2010) A Colorado company has chosen Springfield, Missouri’s Affiniti Management Services to run its new student housing apartment community on the Missouri State Campus.
Beacon Student Housing, LLC of Denver, Colorado will construct Beacon Commons at the corner of Madison and Kimbrough. The property will consist of 12 units and 48 beds and is expected to be completed by August of 2011.
“With this tight economy, universities have been hard pressed to replace student housing. With Affiniti Management’s successful track record of property management, we know Beacon Commons will be a premier living facility for many MSU students” said Win Stewart, managing partner with Beacon.
