The Springfield Apartment and Housing Association 2011 awards named Affiniti’s own Susan Sommersby the Manager of the Year for 2011, for her oversight of The Villages at Nathanael Greene.
SAHA also recognized Affiniti’s Ashley Grantham as Leasing Agent of the Year and Paul Beam as Maintenance Manager of the Year.
Beacon Commons, an Affiniti Management property, was also recognized by the students of Missouri State University as the Best Off-Campus Housing for 2011. This award was given by The Standard, Missouri State University’s student newspaper.
“We are very proud and humbled at the same time that the community has recognized all the hard work of our employees at Affiniti Management Services” said Lonnie Funk, Affiniti President. “Our team is constantly trying to provide the best overall experience for Springfield apartment community residents.”
